1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Creative Drawing Academy website (the “Site”) and any related educational content and services we provide through it (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Cozrvelis Ltd (“Creative Drawing Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By visiting the Site, using the Services, or submitting a registration form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Minimum age: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and will supervise your use of the Services.

2. Educational Disclaimer (No Certification or Career Guarantees)

Creative Drawing Academy provides educational materials about drawing fundamentals, sketching technique, illustration basics, composition, and practice planning. The Services are for educational purposes only.

  • We do not provide professional certification, licensing, or accreditation.
  • We do not guarantee any career outcome, employment, freelance work, admissions decisions, or income results.
  • Progress in drawing depends on many factors, including prior experience, practice time, materials, and consistency.

Any examples, exercises, or practice plans are intended to illustrate methods of learning and are not a promise that you will achieve a particular result.

3. Description of the Services

The Services may include written lessons, demonstrations, practice drills, assignments, rubrics, and guidance intended to help students build fundamentals such as line quality, proportion checks, construction drawing, perspective cues, value grouping, edge hierarchy, and composition thumbnails. The Services may also include responses to registration inquiries and guidance on suggested starting sequences.

We may update, improve, remove, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including lesson organization, assignment descriptions, or registration workflows. We do not guarantee that any specific lesson, module, or feature will remain available.

4. Registration Submissions and Communications

If you submit a registration form, you agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Registration submissions may include your first name, last name, email address, and learning goals. We use this information to respond to your request, suggest a suitable starting plan, and handle follow-up communications.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and Services responsibly and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
  • Use the Site to distribute malware, spyware, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site using automated means, except where permitted by law.
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or submit false information in forms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Creative Drawing Academy and related names, marks, and branding elements are the trademarks or trade dress of Cozrvelis Ltd. Use of our trademarks without permission is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may reference third-party tools or services (for example, browsers, devices, or platforms) as part of general learning context. Any third-party services are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

If we link to third-party sites in the future, you acknowledge that your use of those sites is governed by their terms and policies, not ours.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. We also do not warrant that lesson content will meet your expectations or that any specific learning outcome will be achieved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cozrvelis Ltd, Creative Drawing Academy, and our directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Services.

To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total direct liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Services in that period, or (b) €100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cozrvelis Ltd and its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, pandemics, internet outages, cyberattacks, power failures, or failures of hosting, CDN, or other infrastructure providers.

12. International Use

We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available in every location. You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you access the Site.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of London, England will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the benefit of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where applicable.

14. Dispute Resolution

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or interfered with the security or operation of the Site. Termination may be without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cozrvelis Ltd regarding your use of the Site and Services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.

18. Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing, or corporate reorganization. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

20. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective 14 days after we post the updated Terms on this page, unless a change is required by law or relates to new features, in which case it may be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Electronic Communications

By using the Services and communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic communications, including emails and notices posted on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
